This 2-part workshop is designed specifically to assist women leaders, aspiring entrepreneurs and innovators in developing tangible skills for their career and business leadership development.
Sefkat Hotin, CEO of everwise LLC, will provide a deep-dive into the legal touchpoints you face in the course of launching a business or service. Marta Ghezzi, CEO of Ghezzi Coaching, will walk you through a leadership self-evaluation and learn ways to strengthen leadership skills.
*This is a 4-hour 1 day workshop in person. The workshop content is designed to be in presence. Although it will be streamed online, please note the learning expereience will be significantly reduced to an spectator role.

Session 1: Leadership Self-Awareness
- Gain more understanding and awareness on your own leadership style, on your creative competencies that you can further leverage and your reactive tendencies that might get in your way, in order to identify your own best way to increase your leadership effectiveness. During this interactive workshop, you will gain better insights into your leadership style, strengths and challenges, and have the opportunity to exchange and get feedback from your peers.
- This workshop requires participants to complete a leadership self assessment and submit it before the workshop date. Instructions will be sent on November 5th.
15:10- 17:00 Session 2: Legal Workshop on new products & services launch: Main legal aspects to consider and practical actions to be undertaken when launching new Products and Services, case study and Q&A with Sefkat Hotin, CEO of everwise LLC
- Description: Bringing new products or services to market is a big undertaking, which gives rise to a number of legal issues. The objective of this legal workshop is to help participants identify main critical legal issues or opportunities, when launching new products and services, and raise attendees’ awareness on the benefits of an early legal risk assessment.
This workshops, conceived as an interactive discussion with the participants, will be illustrated by a fictional case study and followed by a Q&A session.
